While it's not widely known, the No Sugar
No Flour Diet helps you lose weight quickly by
reducing your craving for sweet things and large meals.
It also cleanses your body and detoxes you,
all at the same time.
When there is added flour or sugar in
our food it makes us fatter. That's because it increases
our appetites so we eat more. We stay addicted to sugar, and
eating too much makes us over eaters or food addicts,
too.
It's no lie. Food addiction is real, just as we
already know that over-eating is real. There are plenty books
and self-help groups about the problem.
But you won't need to eat so much once the no
sugar no flour diet starts to work on you.
Several successful weight-loss communities advise
people to use the no sugar no flour diet to start losing weight
immediately. Follow the no sugar no flour diet and your weight
will drop. You need to focus on what you're told.

Living with no added flour and sugar means living
without the too-large appetites we used to have.
Perhaps it's accidental that the added flour and
sugar in our packaged food makes us want to eat more. It's a
good idea to read the Contents label on every food package you
buy. Most times, if a food just tastes sweet, then
it is sugar as far as this diet is concerned... And
we should leave it out.
Food ingredients labels may read sucrose,
fructose, dextrose, malt and a couple of hundred other names I
cannot remember which all mean sugar as far as our health and
our weight loss diet is concerned.
It is okay to see some sugar on the list, but you
want it near the bottom of the list (less sugar) and not near
the top.
If flour or sugar make us over-eat, then it makes
a lot of sense to try to do without them.

All the no sugar no flour diet schemes I have come
across call for three moderate meals each day, with nothing
between meals.
Doing without alcoholic drinks, coffee and tea is
also advised when you do a no sugar no flour diet. Most
alcohol is made from or contains sugar, and caffeine stimulates
your appetite.
Beverages must be caffeine-free, but should be
drunk without milk or cream. Even artificial sweeteners are
discouraged.
We will lose more weight if we can learn to live
without meat all the time. Millions of people around the world
live well on fruit and vegetables, with perhaps a little fish
occasionally. Explorers and cowboys got by with beans as a main
protein source. You can have some meals like that - and lose
weight.
Red meat is a major health threat. We are better
off reserving it for only special occasions.
Chicken and turkey - the white meats - are pretty
healthy. Eat them with lots of salads and you can't go wrong.
But stick with the simplest of salad dressings, like
olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Once you have started losing weight steadily, you
may be allowed to eat a little brown rice with just one of your
daily meals. Sweets and puddings are out too because they pile
on the pounds like crazy.
If you really want to lose weight, go for the no
sugar no flour diet plan. If you have a weight problem now,
this food plan will make a big difference in your
life.
