We have to diet to lose weight. Like it or not, the pounds won’t move by themselves. It takes effort, and some discipline. You have to be determined to lose weight.

Ask your doctor and go and have a proper health checkup before you embark on a weight loss diet or make a radical change to your eating habits with a new food plan.
